About Platzia Project

Description

Platzia Project is located in St. Georges area in Peyia-Pafos. Platzia project is allocated to more than 3000 square meters and consists of four 4 bedroom villas with luxury finishes of approximately 200 square meters total covered area each.

Each villa includes its own private plot and swimming poll as well as landscaped gardens. Due to its western facing position, amazing sunsets are an everyday phenomena.

The area:

St Georges is the most beautiful area with a tiny fishing hamlet set on the edge of the Akamas Peninsula and an ideal location for nature lovers and those that enjoy the splendor of sunset views or to dine at a traditional tavern. The Akamas Peninsula is famous for the flora and fauna of Cyprus. This area is extremely rural and villas are dotted around here and there, perfect if you wish to buy a property and enjoy the peace and quiet of this amazing location.

Taking this into account it is only a short drive to Coral Bay which is a popular and busy resort within the Paphos district and has plenty to offer with regards to amenities and activities. In the centre, you will find several banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, laundry and souvenir shops plus an array of restaurants and bars with all international cuisine including traditional Cypriot dishes. Activities include mini golf and go-karting for the more active, Paphos Zoo, horse riding and water sports. The resort of Coral Bay has two sandy beaches, the busiest being Coral Bay Beach a sandy horseshoe shaped bay boasting the Blue Flag of the European Union and the quieter being Corallia Bay.

There are 4 golf courses within approximately 40 minutes drive; Secret Valley Golf Course, Aphrodite Hills Golf Course, Elia Golf Course and Tsada Golf Course. Paphos Town, approximately 15 kilometres away, many years ago the capital of the island is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world’s heritage. There are remains of palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs which means that the town is of exceptional historical and architectural value. The Tombs of the Kings where you will find the well-preserved mosaics are probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made. Pano (meaning Upper) Paphos up on the cliff giving panoramic views is the most important administrative centre and residential district and Kato (meaning Lower) Paphos, by the sea, built around the harbour and medieval port is the main tourist area.
